Some issues with shipment. Took much longer than expected or promised. Once shipper fixed his issues (said it was a truck problem) things went much more smoothly. Gentleman was courteous.

not happy at all, no communication, shipmnet never delivered, BS excuses, 2 weeks later after more BS when he was back in PA broke down, after he drove all over country and back to NY, I had my neice pick up chest and take it back home, and Henry i am still waiting on my $100.00 to be returned So i can drive from OK to PA and pick cedar chest myself. if you want something done right, do it yourself. Thanks for nothing.

are agreement said 3 days, he delivered 3 weeks later. He double booked and took stuff to the other people. then he wouldn't answer phone calls. then he said he wasn't bringing it, even though he had it in his van. finally after 3 weeks he delivered it.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time The service provider did not show up for my move. I called and emailed repeatedly and have still not heard from him (now two days after the fact) with an explanation or apology. I had to get last minute movers since I had a deadline to move my stuff out of my apartment, which I told him about up front.
