I am unable to reach this customer after a reasonable time period.
After one attempt to pick this item up for delivery, customer stated that it was not ready at agreed pickup time. Attempts to reschedule this shipment have gone unanswered. After two or three months of trying we believe that this shipper no longer needs this service.
