Rating: Cancellation Left by: TheTransporters (58 ) On: 9/2/2009 For: Utv from TX to FL	A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved After getting to pickup location the place was closed, After a few calls finally they said the owner of the item had not called to release it and they said it could not be released for 3 days

Response from JBhaulers: How a company can list they are open 8am to 5pm mon/fri and NOT be there for shippers to load purchased/paid items is beyond me. After calling from there driveway. we had no other option but make an appointment with these people for 7am the next morning, so my driver waited in there driveway from 630am to 830am and a no show. so i sent him up to Dallas to pick up a bike and back to Houston to meet again for a 3pm pickup.we said we would get it done and we did as promised,thanks

Therefore no one was at the pick- up location Response from TheTransporters: pickup location said the owner had to call for release of the UTV and that I had to wait 3 days to pick it up
