I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I spoke to the shipper - Mike' Movers - the DAY BEFORE he was supposed to pick up my things and he assured me he'd be there the following day. He never showed up and never called. Not only do I want my money back, but I want him kicked off your service or I will no longer use it and I will encourage everyone I know to boycott your service. This is incredibly unprofessional. Your company bears nearly as much responsibility if you fail to eject those providers who are absolutely unreliable
