A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
I had stated on my shipment that the bike could only be picked up 4/10 or 4/11- when I contacted service provider he said that they would be down this way on 4/5 and that was the only time it could be picked up-he said he sent a email to uship about it-we could not work it out.-thank you Ryan

Dan's Transport was GREAT. I never waited more than 10 minutes for a response to any e-mail I sent him, and Dan kept me informed by phone of any updates to the shipment. The communication was second to none. I had him ship down a motorcycle from Massachusetts to Mississippi. He used a strap that I sent him at my request. He accomodated all requests that I had asked of him. I would not hesitate to use his services again!!!

Dan was great. Kept me up to date as to his whereabouts as well as gave me verbal feedback as to the condition of the bike as it was being loaded. I got quotes from others that were hundreds more and two weeks longer... why?? I'd much rather give my money to an honest, fair businessman such as Dan. Thanks man... I appreciate your expeditious service!!!!!!!!!!
