The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment Service provider was very prompt and ready to travel to drive my auto to destination, however, he experienced a home emergency involving damage to his home from a severe storm. He let me know his predicament and asked for a few more hours to assess his ability to comply with contract. He called back less than three hours later to say that his emergency was not resolving and that it was not possible for him to comply with our contract. He suggested that we cancel and was very apologetic.
