There were a few snags, which I believe were unusual and just bad luck on my move, but he did a good job making things right. I would do business again with him, but would make sure that my items were very clearly labeled as belonging to me, as I didn't do a good job with that and ended up having a minor mix up with another one of his moves.

Due to time restrictions in my building they were unable to move everything. Movers knew about this beforehand and had agreed to move me out before 5pm, but they did not show up in time. There is significant damage to my belongings. I gave mover a chance to make up for it. All he did was give $80 off for showing up late. I have tried to file a claim with their insurance company to be compensated for damages, but have not received anything yet. All my belongings were in perfect condition after being transported. Very friendly. Would definitely do business with them again.
