Rating: Cancellation Left by: easymovers3 (70 ) On: 11/18/2007 For: 707: VINTAGE OVAL DINING TABLE W/THREE LEAVES	I did not show up at agreed upon date and time uship can read all questions and answer... we told them we could pickup on the 6th or 7th. customer had on her listing that it was a pickup from a business.. we set up pickup for between 8 and 4pm on the 6th.. then after in route we were told that the store was going to have a auction that day and would not open til 12noon.. we told them we could not gaurantee that we would be there after 12..and we would most likely be there early.. they called back to say they would have someone there at 11am. Response from danimelt: Not true. This guy was absolutly unreachable by phone or email for three days. That's why he didn't get the business.
Rating: Cancellation Left by: easymovers3 (70 ) On: 11/18/2007 For: Partial 2 Bedroom Apartment	I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment customer just accepted bid 2 days ago.. and she is canceling because she has not talked to no one yet.. is this a joke.. customer is not moving for 4 weeks from now.. if this is a real move..customers are getting on here and booking and then want to cancel for no reason.. uship needs to check into these facts.. Rating: Cancellation Left for: easymovers3 (70 ) On: 11/18/2007 For: 707: VINTAGE OVAL DINING TABLE W/THREE LEAVES	The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time Agreed to pick up items on Tues and knew that the store did not open until 11. Shipper spoke with me and the store twice regarding this fact. Was told by store that shipper never showed. Left 5 voice mails and two emails and had to wait 2 days for a lame email response saying that they were there at 8:40 am and would swing back next week. No communication, no business from me. Sorry folks. Response from easymovers3: customer said it was a business that was open 8 to 4pm.. we lined up our routes and the pickup was set for early morning.. went to complete all pickups and was called by customer while in route.. and we were told the store was having a auction the morning we were going to be there and would not be open til 11am.. we can not have 2 men sit and wait 3 hrs to pickup item and be late to next 10 stops..we cant make 10 other customers pay for one customers mistake..blame the store for closing shop...

Response from easymovers3: this is same cancel from first one..this customer is hard to do business with.. she really thinks when she hires you to move her one item, that she is the only one you are moving. she wants to call you up and switch the times at last minute.. and when she calls she thinks you should be there sitting and waiting for her to call..we are drivers.we drive. that is what we do and we have about 20 stops..not just yours.. that would be impossible.. we complete 20 positive moves a day..everyday..
