The job was completed mostly under the terms of the accepted bid, but not without a fair amount of haggling. Movers picked up and delivered on the days promised, but were an hour late picking up and more than 8 hours late dropping off. Upon pick-up all items were expertly and neatly packed in the truck and I was very impressed, however, upon arrival (in a different truck) the items were in disarray. Overall the experience was fair, but not great. We do appreciate all your hard work. Thanks.

Yes, there was an 8 hour delay to make delivery. I promised to make the delivery no later that the 9/17/09. Our truck was Stopped at the Scale and placed Out Of Service due to A-Arm bushings needing to be replaced and Mr. Contreras was advised of our situation, and instead of waiting for the repairs being done and waiting we had dispatch sent us a Truck, yes we put at no hidden cost to the Client a Rental Truck. Daniel is definitely a scam artist. He promised that he would bring a flatbed towing truck for our forklift and brought a $20 Uhaul trailer to put it on. The location wouldn't let him pick it up so he came to me and requested half the money in cash so he could get another truck to pick it up with. Then he never got the forklift and wouldn't return my calls. He happily kept the money though. I wouldn't recommend doing business with this guy at all. He stole $130 from me.

i chose daniel sent based on their low bid, and was somewhat worried what i would be getting myself into because they were so cheap. i was pleasantly surprised. the movers were professional and helpful. they did go over their bid, which was disappointing, but i still feel i got a good deal. i would use them again.
