A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I have tried 3 times to schedule this delivery. The original contracted dates were pick up between 10/03/12 and 10/04/12 with delivery by 10/6/12. The customer's seller in Mississippi was contacted on 10/3 and she informed me that the furniture could not be picked up until that Sunday afternoon, 10/6. I had other deliveries scheduled at that time including a backhaul from Kansas that I also had to cancel. I had labor paid for and equipment rented for this job that I lost money on. Louise is not

I appreciated doing business with Mr. Brown. He was very helpful with the information needed at the pick up location and also had plenty of room to move the trailer at drop off and was helpful with the unload. I would love to do business with him again in the future.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it I was at the pick up location, Manheim Nashville this evening to get the vehicle. The customer had listed the vehicle as ready for pick up 5-15. I had agreed to pick up between 5-16 and 5-17 and deliver in the same time frame to Covington,TN. The customer stated that the receiving location had closing time of 4 or 5 pm CST. I spoke with Manheim personell this afternoon and they stated the pick up yard would be open until midnight CST and all that was needed was last 6 digits of VIN and order num Response from Darin B.: Transporter never called at pickup point, not sure if he even went to actually pick it up. Had he called me, I could have resolved any issues he may have had. Inexperienced shipper, was using a uhaul. Please upgrade if you want to be a shipper and learn how to communicate.

Positive experience with Tareq, The auction location mislead both of us on the condition of the vehicle. This caused some delay in loading and unloading. I would do business with Tareq again.
