First of all I am sorry that the shipping company you chose to use to ship these to Guam damaged your shipment.I dont care how well I packed these if the rammed them with a fork lift it would not be good enough.Ok now as far as damage these were used items and you did not pay $15000.00 as you are telling my customers I have a email where you paid $750.00 for what you claimed you paid $11000.00 also I used shrink wrap and at least 6 blankets and pads some where brand new and cardboard and foam

The items wernt rammed with a forklift. They were packed terribly. My ocean shipper's insurance wont pay because of "insufficient and careless packing." Again poolboy will not return email or phone calls. These were very nice high end items. The SubZero fridge was 1 year old and the cabinets were a store display model and retails for over $10,000. What I paid for them on Ebay is not relevant.
He should be thrown off the site for not returning my emails.

he is a lieing about cost and blamming me for dammage done by second shipper he hired to go from Cal to guam not my problem he waited weeks to complain now leaves me neg feedback he bought used beat up items to begin with then blames me come on you cant tell scratches from pic on ebay when you buy something this is slander and should be removed from my feedback he claimed to give 15000.00 for these items I have a email where he paid paypal 750.00 for cabinets someones blowing smoke here I had 10
