Andy of DakTransport was reachable whenever I called. He took a couple of days to get eh shipment into the hands of the driver (which was within his committment). The driver was excellent. Took great care of vehicle and all was done on time. Thanks DAKTRANSPORT.

I wish the broker had accommodated me with a platform with ramps to transport a backhoe as I had requested from the beginning and had kept better track of my load at delivery. The trucker did not show up or delivered on the time frame he had specified. I understand there might be issues, however, I would have appreciated timely feedback about delays. They took good care of the load though, I just think they need to be more careful about time commitments and communication with the customer.
