I no longer need my item(s) shipped The item that was being shipped was a cat. Well, it turns out, the person who had the cat has already placed the cat in the humane society. :( We will not be needing to send it to Texas. Also, I want the full refund, and not to be put back on listing. The cat is gone. There is nothing to ship. Thank you.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The driver originally said he could pick up that day and deliver the nxt day, thinking I was in AZ. (I have an AZ cell phone) My delivery address clearly stated Las Vegas NV. I booked, paid and called driver to confirm. It was then he advised me of his error and told me he was unable to pick up/deliver as promised.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Eric seems to be a fair enough carrier. Shipment could not be completed due to time constraints from the pickup point. I would consider him for another shipment if the need ever arose.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The Service Provider was supposed to pick up the shipment on the 16th and deliver on the 17th. I called him on the 16th to find out what time he would be here and he said he had another shipment problem and could not make it. He said he could do it this coming Wednesday and deliver on Thursday. I told him it had to be done by Thursday. He said he would send me an e-mail confirming the pickup and delivery. On Sunday morning I sent him an e-mail stating I had not heard from him. He has not r

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Promised pickup date was 16th, then 17th, then 18th and now he said 21st or 22nd. In the beginnig he said that he's behind the schedule, then he had trailer issues....I mean c'mon.
There are many reliable shipping co out there, I dont have time for this BS.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period We have talked on the phone to make arrangments but the provider has failed to formalize a time frame, or send an invoice for payment. E-mailed provider asking for a status but no reply.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Provider initially said he was detained as his help didn't show up. Then he called and said he was in an accident in route. Problem was there was NO accident where he said it happened and he then would not answer or return calls to reschedule. I have since had someone else pick up the shipment.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider did their best to accommodate my shipment. The item was a large computer armoire and there was a miscommunication with the furniture store I purchased it from. I was under the impression they would have someone there to help him load the item. They were under the impression he would bring his own help. After trying, and failing to find help to lift the very heavy item we all decided it was best to cancel the shipment and try again later with proper equipment and help. In Response from dailydriver: Furniture store had told Jacie that they had a dock with forklift and help. Based on this information, I arrived without extra manpower. However, the store had no equipment and Imanpower. I worked with them and they made a half hearted attempt to find last minute help. Furniture store also tried to have me sign off on the condition of the piece twice while I was there, even though I never saw it, and once after it was agreed that I wouldn't be making the shipment. The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Service Provider showed up but was unable to accommodate our load. Response from dailydriver: The shipper's measurements were not list accurately and the trailer I used was not long enough to accommodate load. I spent about two hours trying to rent a trailer in Vegas, shipper was great and also assisted in trying to find a trailer. In the end, we agreed that the load could not be safely transferred and I took a smaller load that shipper has instead. Shipper was patient and helpful.
