I have been active in the car/cargo hauling business for over 12 years. My company, SMARTmove, has hauled over 1000 cars over the past 7 years. I was very pleased with the Service Dailydriver provided. I had to have a tree house delivered on the same day I had a spa delivered and it needed to be on time or I would be paying 350/hr for a crane to sit around. The shipment arrived early and in perfect condition. In addition he helped a great deal in getting the tree house from the crane into my backyard which he didnt have to do. Very pleased and would use again if the opportunity arises.

This was my first time shipping anything. I shipped my daughters elderly cat from California to Arizona. I was quite nervous, not really knowing what to expect. I was extremely happy and pleased with daileydriver, with how willing to help me transport my cat safely. Eric (dailydriver) exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Eric Ranta to transport your pet. I would without a doubt use him again.

This experience with uship and Eric (dailydriver) was great. Eric communicated with me regularly from when the shipment was picked up and though out until the delivery was completed. (I have an AZ cell phone) My delivery address clearly stated Las Vegas NV. I booked, paid and called driver to confirm. It was then he advised me of his error and told me he was unable to pick up/deliver as promised.

I called him on the 16th to find out what time he would be here and he said he had another shipment problem and could not make it. The item was a large computer armoire and there was a miscommunication with the furniture store I purchased it from. I was under the impression they would have someone there to help him load the item. They were under the impression he would bring his own help. After trying, and failing to find help to lift the very heavy item we all decided it was best to cancel the shipment and try again later with proper equipment and help. In

Furniture store had told Jacie that they had a dock with forklift and help. Based on this information, I arrived without extra manpower. However, the store had no equipment and Imanpower. I worked with them and they made a half hearted attempt to find last minute help. Furniture store also tried to have me sign off on the condition of the piece twice while I was there, even though I never saw it, and once after it was agreed that I wouldn't be making the shipment. The shipper's measurements were not list accurately and the trailer I used was not long enough to accommodate load. I spent about two hours trying to rent a trailer in Vegas, shipper was great and also assisted in trying to find a trailer. In the end, we agreed that the load could not be safely transferred and I took a smaller load that shipper has instead. Shipper was patient and helpful.
