I have a 24ft box truck with a tuck-away lift gate. My wife travels with me to help with loading and unloading. I have been in the furniture business for over 8 years. I carry $100,000 of cargo insurance, so there is no need for extra charges for insurance. I have 3 gentleman than can help with the big moves but i have to include their labor in bids. But if shipper can help load and unload it would save them quite a bit of money. We take loads all over the continental U.S. so no load is to far out of the way. We are new to USHIP but if you give us a try i know you won't be dissapointed. Customer will have all our cell phone numbers so they can find out where their load is at, at all times.

Scott was very helpful throughout the entire process. He called right after booking to let me know when pick-up and delivery would be. He also contacted me along the way to give me a delivery update. Scott took apart the set and wrapped each piece, securing them in the truck. At our house, he put all the furniture together and even took the time to polish and cover up scratches left by the previous owner. I would definitely call upon Scott again to ship any furniture.

Scott went out of his way to ensure the item was picked up. He even waited over 2 hours for the pickup location person to show up (they were late). Fragile item was given to Scott un-packed and un-protected. He ensured it was handled carefully and it was delivered in perfect condition.

I was very worried, as a new user, daddyscott was a new provider. He was not the cheapest, but worth the extra money, other bids were very terse. Scott did a great job in communicating with me and making me feel comfortable. I live in Canada, we met me in Buffalo. We exchanged cargo and payment. He and his wife waited for me..I was late. They didn't even mention it or ask for any extra payment. They help me load my truck and were very friendly and professional. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Everything was ready at storage unit when we got there. We were 90 minutes late at pickup due to truck break down and had to pull our trialer instead. She never complained about us being late. Great customer to work for. She kept in contact with me all the time, she booked shipment a month in advance. Payed as promised and gave us a very nice tip. We will gladly do any shipments she or her sister need done.

Stayed in contact with us and paid as promised. Hopefully he needs some more furniture delivered in future and gives us a call. Everything went fine at delivery but measurements were off by customer so that have to do a little work to make it fit where they want it. That had nothing to do with Lam's part.
