After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
We got a quote from the seller on May 23 for $700. We contacted the seller for a contract. But the seller has been non-responsive. He has promised to mail the contract. But its been 3 weeks and we havent received the contract. So we would like to relist the shipment after cancelling this seller.

After sending THREE different copies of the contract, and offering to fax it(no fax number for customer), I can only conclude there is an unspoken reason for not signing a contract, possibly to avoid the required deposit. There is still over a month before the move date, so there is plenty of time to get this done. However, I do not want to work for a dissatisfied customer, so I gladly accept the cancellation. Our experience was EXCELLENT !!! Our provider was very professional yet warm and friendly. Great care was given to protect our items throughout the move. We very impressed that the driver kept in close contact with us the entire transit. We would recommend that mover and will use them again in the future.

All went well. Furniture was delivered in good condition at the time promised.The only thing was I was told that they would help put pieces together but no help was provided. Other than that I have no complaints.

Owner / Contact person was very Courteous on the phone. Great Communication. On time delivery. But the driver sounded nervous and worried about the weight of my item. I had two guys to help and myself (3 guys in total). Driver gave a hand in moving the machine down the ramp of his truck, but kept insisting he was NOT supposed to even give a hand. I had many exercise machines delivered to my home in the past, and I thought it is understood that drivers at least give a hand in unloading the item.
