Where TK start. These guys were top shelf in my book! They worked with us on coordinating the pick up date/time due to some scheduling conflicts. At pickup they were very professional and wrapped everything up. At delivery they were quick and very careful to not scratch our wood floors. (I have seen a few movers just push furniture across a wood floor). Would use these guys again. Very happy with their work and worth the price.

Even though my shipment was badly damaged I am still giving this shipper a positive review because of how he dealt with the event. There was excellent communication and the shipper did everything he could to rectify the situation as best he could. I would use this shipper again in future.

Though scheduling & pickup were positive experiences, these were overshadowed by delivery when truck got stuck in our gravel driveway (which they insisted on trying to back up). Instead of immediately calling their supervisor and arranging a tow, the drivers instead began walking through my new neighborhood soliciting towing help from anyone with a pickup. When this failed, I had to locate and call a large vehicle tow truck. When the tow arrived, the drivers complained bitterly about the price.

Bob and his team did a great job. Bob was in touch regularly during the weeks leading up to the move. The two movers were punctual, courteous, careful, and efficient. Indeed, they completed the move a couple hours ahead of schedule. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend Bob highly.

Extremely professional and amazingly fast! He was willing to provide all packing materials when many others weren't - and at an almost unbelievably low cost. I would pick Bob for another move any day.

No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I had arranged for a contractor to dig us a new driveway, supposed to be finished 3 weeks ago. Unfortunately, they just got started today, and your truck won't be able to access the items. I spoke with Mr. Tague tonight date and explained the situation. I will call and E-mail the new ship date request when the driveway is done. Should be mid to late May.
