The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time multiple attempts every time different excuse, it is been late for the fork left has to go overseas and he knows that still not picked up.
I have emails of his responds were he kept making excuses.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Company phone is disconnected. No answer to emails other than request to pay cash around ubid guidelines. I feel that there is some dishonesty going on but can't get shipper to contact me. Please refund my money in order for me to rebook. Very disappointed in experience. Response from csctransport: the company phone number did change, but we forgot to list the new number. we are not dishonest. there was a small communication breakdown regarding payment that was resolved. we place all bids the same but i think the reason for the confusion was that the notes regarding payment were not read prior to accepting bid. we ultimately delivered this to the customer and he was happy

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Service provider will not accept the UShip payment option that I selected. He asked me to send him the payment access code 2 days prior to pick up. This goes against the UShip rules and i was warned by UShip not to proceed with this type of transaction. Response from csctransport: we always use the same practices when booking a shipment. the shipper accidentally misread some of the information and after short conversation, we resolved the issue and delivered the tractor to him in perfect time. he was quite happy and the shipper was very nice to work with. it was all a miscommunication and we would gladly deliver for again.
