I am no longer able to accommodate this customer’s shipment.
The shipper and I could not agree on insurance. I was unable to provide the level of coverage that the shipper needed/desired. My bid did state that I was providing drive-away service. I thought that the shipper was a reasonable person with valid concerns. I wish him luck with his shipment.

I am sorry that things happened like this,and i wish there is no hard feelings.My wife and I felt that it would not be safe to have the car driven 2000 Miles by a person we don't know at all,and without insurance.It was nothing personal,and i hope Freeman understands.i wish him Good Luck with everything and GOD BLESS!

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time.
We have spoke to the customer numerous times via phone and email. We tried to make arrangements for pickup but were told that there would be no one there at 4:30 pm to load the truck. We have tried without success to get this item onto a truck.

U didn't answer your calls for days in a row.Let's be honest here!!It is not my resposability to make the the people wait after normal business hours.I tried to make numerous arrangements and tried to get in touch with the shipper without success.After i cancelled their bid,a week after,they contacted me again about bringing the item,which i allowed.The item got here and it's all good now.
