You have to be kidding "customer could not reach me." Customer sure tried on numerous occasions, as did the vendor from whom the pickup was to be made ... but got no response.

For: Wolf WWD30 30" Warming Drawer w/ Stainless Steel F

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Made several attempts to contact shipper after bid was accepted, as did the vendor from whom my shipment was to be picked up. Got one email that said shipper would respond when ready ... and never heard from him again. Stated terms were pickup within 14 days ... it's now 16 days, and no pickup, and no response. Request cancellation and refund immediately. Must now book another shipper.
