HE KEPT TELLING ME HE COULD GET TO IT AND WHEN I ACCEPTED IT THEN HE CALLED AND SAID HE COULDNT MAKE IT BY THE TIME WE AGREED ON SO I CANCELLED THE SHIPMENT
