Turned out this was a broker, that is on uship utilizing the services to take from those that use this service entirely as a means of making a living. This person truly was trying to get this post serviced, and had posted it like 3 or 4 times. So I looked at the shipper's profile to see what was going on, and saw that it said this was a carrier (which it is not).. it is

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved This is a broker trying to make money by brokering through uship. I told the person that I needed cash upfront because I had cancelled the bid @ first, because something just didn't seem right. So we agreed that the deposit would be upfront, then upon acceptance, things went to I couldn't receive my deposit until I got to the arrival point. The broker set up something with the customer so that the total bill would be paid upon my arrival then I would have to send the broker cash! That's just ent

I am not a broker I work with broker and this guy who is not certified nor licensed didn't even have gas money to pick up the load and therefore had to cancel ,must have thought he was going to receive money to use for personal reason and skip out on the move ,says's that he rents a 5x5 trailer and doesn't have any work so has to turn the trailer back in ,I tried to give him more work but he wants money without doing the job -BEWARE
