This car was picked up on time but with the holiday the driver was delayed with delivery. When the car was being unloaded off the truck one the of skids hit the front undercarrige. A damage report was done and the Russell was told to have the car looked at and we would make an insurance claim if need be. I contacted him the day after to check on the car and he was taking it to the dealership.I have not heard back from him so I am not sure why he is stating they would not fix it. Thank you!

the weight of the load we picked up was more than what the factory weight chart listed . but working with this shipper we reached a solution. that allowed us to complete delivery.the shipper was very understanding we would reccomend him . as well astransport for him again .we wish them well in their new home.

Shrug... I dont know if I would use this company again or not. I wouldnt use CTM who for sure. My overall experience was negative but I will take into account the holiday and call it neutral. My car was damaged upon delivery and the driver made out that I was being too picky. I mean, he moved a brand new 2008 $50,000 car for me with 9 miles on it and I am being too picky when I want the damage fixed? Yes, it was minor but it was also damaged. They should have insisted on making the repair.

Great shipper. We had trouble loading a very heavy load but everything got worked out and delivery was made on schedule. Communication with the driver, Eric, was excellent. I would use this shipper any time.
