Vehicle was NOT running and we were forced to hire an outside source due to the fact that we did not have a winch. Because we charged them extra for something they should of paid for in the first place, they left us a negative feedback. Beware of these people because they lie. Response from craigschevys: We did not lie, the seller of vehicle told us it was running, car was in Ohio and we are in Florida. It was a matter of bad battery which only needed a quick jump.

Rating: Negative Left for: AutosOnTheGo (111 ) On: 4/7/2009 For: Chevrolet : Impala ohio	Driver charged extra to hire for truck to relocate car on transport in route when it would not start, I jumped battery and car started right up. further inspection showed hood hinge twisted and front swap bar bent 30 degrees forward in center with brackets twisted from tow hook off transport. Scrape marks on the bar. Driver wouldn't unload til he got paid first. Response from AutosOnTheGo: You FALSELY advertised the car as "operable" in your listing. Vehicle clearly was not running and we were forced to charge more because we do not have the equipment to move an INOPERABLE vehicles. Its a pitty that people have to lie. And i have paperwork from a towing company stating that the car DID NOT START and they had to winch it. You misrepresent the situation, the same way you misrepresented the condition of the vehicle.

Rating: Cancellation Left for: nationalautotrans (45 ) On: 3/17/2009 For: Chevrolet : Impala ohio	After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider After paying the intial deposit, the provide requested our charge card to take another additional deposit of $131 and we would pay $400 to the driver. When I told them I wasn't comfortable doing this as we have shipped other vehicles and no one ever requested this before, they said that is the way they do transactions. I said that was something we couldn't go along with. I told the service provided we would not be using his services. Please refund our depossit, we used our paypal account. Response from NATDan: There is no additional deposit, the deposit due on pick up of the vehicle is part of the amount bid. Your first deposit was taken by Uship, not National Auto Trans.
