A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Tom really tried to accommodate this shipment, and he was very responsive to all phone calls. But he got a late/slow start due to the hurricane, and we couldn't make times for pickup and subsequent delivery work, so I need to cancel.

The shipper aggreed to cancel as our elderly mare is not fit travel at this time. This call was made within an hour of the booking and no services have been rendered. The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The shipper is unable to pick up the horse on the previously agreed upon date and has extended to date of pick up several times. I cannot wait for him to fix his rig(I spoke with him on the phone today and he told me about this new delay).
He has also never followed up with me when I emailed him and called him. Twice I was supposed to get a call back and I never did. I do not believe that he will be able to pick up my horse in any kind of a timely matter or that he is a reliable shipper becaus

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time My filly was supposed to be picked up on august 26 from quarantine. When I called to find out what time he would be picking her up, I was told that it would probably NOT be until 8/31/10 or 9/1/10. On 8/31/10, I was told that she would not be picked up until 9/1/10. On 9/1/10, I was told she would not be picked up until 9/2/10. On 9/2/10, I was told that she would not be picked up until 9/3/10. On 9/3/10, I was informed that she would not be picked up until 9/4/10.
