The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time After booking with this company, the terms stated "Service provider will pick up this shipment before 6/22/09." I called late in the afternoon of 6/22, and they had no record of my booking even being in their system. In addition, they did not respond to my phone message or the phone message left by the seller I'm arranging shipping details with. They also did not respond to my email. On top of that, I had to hold for 21 minutes before talking to a human.
