The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services.
He NEVER SHOWED UP! KEPT CALLING WITH EXCUSES AND CONTINUED PRIMISING TO SHOW, BUT NEVER DID. VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH THIS VENDOR AND WOULD LIKE TO ER-LIST THE VEHICLE FOR SHIPMENT.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
I accepted the bid on the 12th. He had until the 15 to pick it up. Cost2cost continued to lie that they will pick it up, in couple of hours "i'll call you back, Ok?Ok?" He called me back only once, and i could not even hear him. I called him through out the 3 day period and asked him if they will be able to do it. Lester assured me that he, him self is going to pick it up. Never did. Not only that they didn't do the job, but they also costed me money, $100 for 4 day storage over the weekend. I D

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
The service provider did not show up on times promised. There was always something wrong. We need a reliable shipping company that will pick up the car when they say so. Unreliable. Thanks

Response from cost2cost: I explain the positation already there was a problem with one of the transporter take it to the shop thinking it was fix but it was not thats why I had to cancle the job than trying to take the job and get stuck half way trough but when the problem was fix I try contacting the job but there was no respond thats the situration there
