No Detailed Feedback Available SERVICE WAS GOOD & MOVERS WERE POLITE.HOWEVER,COMMUNICATION FROM SERVICE PROVIDER WAS VERY POOR.THEIR PHONE NO.WAS CHANGED & DID NOT ADVISE USHIP.I WAS NOT CONTACTED RIGHT AWAY AFTER I ACCEPTED THE BID.I HAD TO INITIATE COMMUNICATION THRU EMAIL & THOUGH HE HAD MY CELL & HOME NO.HE INSISTED ON COMMUNICATING THROUGH EMAIL INSTEAD OF CALLING ME DIRECTLY.THE NIGHT BEFORE THE MOVE,HE CHANGED THE TIME BY SENDING ME AN EMAIL.WHY NOT CALL?I HAD TO RUSH TO THE PLACE & WAS AFRAID THEY WOULD LEAVE.

I am very surprised this client would leave this review. She was communicated with through-out the move and we had to leave several messages to finally reach her. We changed our number and it didnt take thru uship, simply a computer glitch. We finished our first job early and called to see if she wanted us there earlier. She said no, we arrived at 11am and completed the move. She gave a $60 tip which is surprising considering she wasnt happy supposedly.

No Detailed Feedback Available Joe Wolcott and his co-worker (sorry I didn't get her name) were very pleasant to deal with and very understanding of the issues involved with this shipment of an antique wheelchair. Picked up in Oswego County, NY, as scheduled and delivered on time to Manhattan with great care. Would definitely recommend and use their services again.

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time This person is not able to be reached via email or phone. You simply get a recording Also, when leaving this cancellation, I believe the statements should not go into our file as essentially it makes it a negative and the use of "consumer beware" in a cancellation is inapproriate. Cosmictrucking's feedback is inaccurate. First, the "NYC number that says she doesnt live there" isn't feasible since the number on my profile is my current cell phone number and I use it every, single day. Second, his men did not show up at my address because I live in a 24-hour a day doorman building and there is no "apt bldg list." In fact, all the doormen, the porter, the handyman and the Super were waiting for Cosmictrucking. I was also sitting in the lobby waiting for them.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer This customer was bizarre to say the least. We booked it with them, they confirmed back TWICE with us for Fridayu Dec 21st Then they sent 3 emails on Thursday within 1hr canceling the move The person running the outfit obviously has no idea what is going on and they wasted time and money for us. No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time CONSUMER BEWARE! AVOID! Bid confirmed Nov 21, today is Dec 21 and still no delivery. Listed phone number is wrong, email communication is insufficient. Provider agreed to make the delivery on Dec 18 and didn't show up, didn't respond or apologized. I could have accepted a little higher bid from someone else and have my chair long time ago! Save yourself a lot of headache, do not deal with this guy - just look at his feedback!

I could not reach the Service Provider because the telephone number listed on its profile is incorrect and is a private number to an individual in Massachusetts; in addition, it didn't respond to emails sent to the Yahoo address listed on its profile nor to the emails I sent through USHIP attempting to reach it.

No Detailed Feedback Available Service Provider cancelled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward I tried to contact this mover since Tuesday but could never get a confirmation email or otherwise. I only got 2 emails from him, one to tell me to accept the bid and another to thank us for accepting the bid. After then, I could not contact this person. I sent several emails and called him several times to check the time and make sure everything was on schedule. But I never got a response from him at all to confirm it. This person is being dishonest in this note. We talked via email and I called his office and was told by the office that the move was all set for Friday. I called to confirm today and he cancelled the job. We called twice and I sent 4 emails regarding this move only one of which was confirmed. My feeling is he got a lower price which is fine, but just be upfront and honest about it Thanks Cosmic
