I still would not hesitate to use Mark in the future. He is a very likable guy and circumstances were beyond his control. He was very apologetic.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time Shipper had stated in "questions" that he had a driver in the area and could pick up the vehicle in 2 days. Spoke with him on the phone after booking and he affirmed the driver could pick up next day. After 5 days the vehicle had not been picked up, nor the dealer contacted. Sent several emails, phone calls and voice mails, none were ever returned.
