A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
I DID NOT IGNORE THE CUSTOMER I SPOKE WITH HIM EVERYDAY EXCEPT WEDNESDAY WHEN I TOLD HIM I WOULD BE AT A FUNERAL AND HE STILL CALLED ME ON THIS DAY. I SENT TWO TRUCKS ONE ON SUNDAY AND HE SAID THERE WAS A GATE PASS THERE WHICH COULD NOT BE FOUND. THEN I SENT A SECOND TRUCK ON TUESDAY THE GATE PASS WAS STILL NOT FOUND. I HAVE TO PAY THESE TRUCKS A DRY RUN FEE SO IM THE ONLY ONE PAING FOR THIS LOAD. I HAD A TRUCK SCHEDULED FOR SATURDAY AND HE DECIDED TO CALL IT QUITS. ITS NOT MY FAULT I DONT WORK

Response from corvettejrw: I feel as though I must respond:
1. I booked the shipping on a Friday with a requested pickup of Sunday. The first truck did not "arrive" until the next Tuesday. I was never called to be informed of a gate pass problem, instead the truck just left.
2. I REPEATEDLY called and asked for updates and received no response.
3. When a truck was finally booked, it was for 12 days AFTER my initial requested date.
I ship a lot of cars and this was hands down one of my worst experiences with a br
