The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
Pumps were over listed weight. Service provider would have been over weight limit for load so we mutually agreed to cancel the bid agreement.

Piano was recieved in good condition. Piano was properly wrapped during transportation. Duff always answered my phone calls and there was good communication.

Duff did a great job with moving my 2 bedroom apartment across the country. He was very professional and answered my numerous phone calls. His rate was extremely reasonable. I hope the next time I move Duff will be around to help me out. I highly recommend him to anyone that is moving.

Duff was professional in every way. He worked with our schedules for pick up and delivery and communicated progress every step of the way. Our piano was delivered in perfect condition and exactly when needed. I would definitely use his services again.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
The Service Provider was unable to fit sideboard into the building freight elevator (even tho that is how they said it was brought in...the SP stated that it was several inches taller than the elevator height) and they declined to attempt to take it down the stairs for fear of possibly scratching it. Thus they declined the job. I would like it relisted on the understanding that it may have to be brought down the stairs (fr 2nd floor).

We were hired with the understanding that it would fit on the elevator. It would not. We were not set up to take it down the stairs and turn it on it's end. The bid was with the understanding that a elevator could be used.

This was my first experience having to secure my own shipping after purchasing a furniture item on Ebay. I was nervous and frustrated and did`nt know how I was going to get this piece home. Then, I was contacted by "Duff" with a very reasonable price to ship my item with him. Perfect! No more worries. He was great. Brought my Ebay item to my door and set it in its place. Now that I know I have someone who can deliver my large Ebay items, I am stress free.Love it! Thanks Duff for a job well done.
