I'm very disappointed with the overall outcome of this business transaction. The provider was 13 days late and inconsistent with telephone communication. As a result of receiving a speeding ticket he was pulled over at the TX/Louisiana state line and my personal items were damaged by the K9 dogs and police personnel that inevitably had to search my vehicles. I learned that my personal property was damaged after this provider left my final delivery address. I will not use this provider again.

First of all we agreed on three vehicles there was no mention of personal property until I arrived. All items was delivered as picked up "old used items" There was no speeding ticket so please do not exaggerate the situation. Secondly, thank you very much for paying me literally with a double plastic bag of nickles, dimes and quarters. I am sure you would like to pay me for ever so nicely transporting the additional weight of your personal property using "PAYPAL" COOLRUNNINGS ASAP.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Service provider has problems with truck. I have been trying to get in touch with provider to find out the status of his vehicle, but so far no luck.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time The shipper told me he would pick up on Wednesday 7/15; he never picked it up and I called him on 7/16; he said he would pick up 7/17 and never did. 7/17 he told me he would pick up on 7/20 which also didn't happen. Both me and the guy I bought the vehicles from have tried numerous times to contact the shipper over last 72 hours with no answer or callback.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment He arrived at pick up at 3:00am and didn't even call until his arrival, the truck would not start immediately so he drove off and didn't say anything to the person he was picking it up from, so I called him to see if he was going back and he said no, that he was going to Mexico.
