There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Customer was flexible about pick up and delivery time... "before He accepted this bid". I'm always respond for e-mails and phone calls.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time Prior to accepting the tps bid, we sent 2 e-mails to get an estimated delivery time, but he nver returned our e-mails. After accepting the tps kept giving excuses about his truck being in the " shop ". I accepted the exuse on 2 occassions, but after the 5th time I sent 2 e-mails to cancel and that we would be using a different tps. He never called or responded to our e-mails. What a joke! Uship has never reponded to our e-mails about our " deposit refund either. We will never use Uship again.
