A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved uShip provides a safe and secure payment system which is just a bit out of touch with the needs of both Service Providers and Shippers alike. The indication of payment terms and such needs to be prevelantly displayed PRIOR to making bids or negotiating terms with customers, particularly in regards to availability of upfront deposits for fuel. The issue in this case is that the customer and I have worked out the fuel deposit and the total costs without issue, yet uShip does not allow for TSP's

I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. Made several attempts to communicate with the customer and only received voicemail regarding cancelation on the day of pickup. Codriver was attempting to make contact enroute to location and through phone tag we found that shipper rented a uhaul that morning and no longer needed our services.

Kelly and her family have gone the extra mile to make the job a joy. Critical issues arose before and during transport. Simple mistakes easily could have snow balled into an avalanche, yet their positive outlook and willingness to work the problems together ultimately made the experience a positive one.
