The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time, I left a number of voice messages as well as emails. Really didn't feel comfortable the day after the bid was accepted and the provided never returned my call and I had to call him. When I spoke to him, he bearly knew what I was talking about.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I contacted carrier requesting permit numbers and insurance verification. Since then, I have not been able to reach them.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Provider said they could pick up the car on Wednesday but they did not show up and did not contact the pick up to make other arrangements. I have sent several e-mails and left messages and have not recieved any response. I don't have any idea if they are still going to attempt a pick up or not. The last contact I received from them was an e-mail on 6/3/08.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time I had contacted the provider 2-3 days before I needed the item picked up. They said ok,no problem. The day before and the day of I heard no response on whether they were picking up or not. Don't like when people can't communicate what's going on.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period This shipper told me twice that he would pick up my car and THEN they would'nt answer. They SWORE to me that he was going to pick it up and just left me stranded, high and dry. BAD BUSINESS!!!

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time After the deposit was paid, I was contacted via phone and e-mail by com2movers. We agreed upon Thursday the 5th of June. The agreed upon time was 6pm. They requested that I extended the window until 9pm on the same day to accommodate traffic conditions. I agreed and asked that they call Thomas, the pick up signee an hour before arrival. They never arrived or answered the three phone numbers left for me to call. After several messages and no return call, I feel entitled to cancellation and refund
