There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Shipper insists that Interstate Authority and commercial insurance are required to drive a non-commercial vehicle for hire on an interstate trip. I believe this is false, and my insurance company has informed me that my non-commercial policy does act as a secondary policy on such trips. Shipper said he would call my insurance company on Monday, then initiated this cancellation on Saturday without further contact with me. I have not misrepresented myself, contrary to shipper's rash accusation.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The service provider was asked to provide proof of commercial insurance and legal authority to transport my vehicle. He initially provided a private vehicle policy and when pressed on the phone admitted he has neither commercial insurance or any interstate authority as he does need it! Please cancel and refund the deposit. Shippers beware of handing over $30k of vehicle to an uninsured provider.
