I am unable to reach this customer after a reasonable time period.
I have sent several emails to this customer without any response. Nor have I been able to reach this customer via phone, and the voicemail associated with the phone number is full. I am about to make the run on which this bike was to go, but I have no other way to reach this customer. Hopefully all is well and he will find another shipper who can take the bike.
