Unfortunately the truck we had available is only equipped to DOT ratings of 10,000 pounds. We reluctantly can not leaglly and safely service this shipment at this time.

Customer called Thursday morning screaming at the dispatcher telling them they called numerous times with no answer. The customer never left a message so there was no return calls. The last phone call the customer did leave a message was after business hours yesterday. Dispatcher had a truck lined up for the afternoon but did not feel comfortable with being screamed at from the shippers.

Unfortunately our bigger truck was not available to complete the shipment in a timely manner so we cancelled the match to better allow the shipper a chance to match the load accordingly.

Thank you.") Three individuals in our organization have placed over 20 phone calls to the provider and left 4 messages and as of 1:00 P.M on 7/27/07 we didn't get a phone call back. We placed our final phone call on this date at which time the provider still was not able t
