The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment I Tried to contact coast to coast carries and phone was disconnected and e-mail was never returned. Shippment was due to be shipped around April 2009 to Boise Idaho. I would like my deposit of 50.83 refunded. Thanks Ray Carollo

My Motorcycle was badly damaged. His driver stole my helmet. He will not communicate but I am beginning the process of a law suit. A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The shipper was unable to pick up bike on scheduled date. Attempted to arrage second pickup date but I returned home to the east coast before this could happen. Attempted to contact coasttocoast via email with no reply. I would like the initial deposit i paid for the bike to be refunded.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Coast to Coast Carriers took my deposit of $1,417.00 on 12/19/08 and then went out of business. I have spent many weeks trying to get my deposit back. I have worked with Marisa Soliz at uship and she has given me some options that I am now working on. Please return my uship fee of $189.60 paid on 11/19/08 so I can get the whole nasty business behind me.

Had several problems with drivers etc. and was longer than quoted picking up the boat. Driver was involved in an accident while in transit which caused damage to the boat and trailer. His insurance co. rejected the claim saying his insurance did not cover cargo, which they considered this to be. I have tried to reach Tim via phone and e-mail several times and have gotten no response.Looks like I'm stuck for the damage. I'll be happy to retract this feed back if I get the problem resolved but, it

I would not use these guys to carry my car keys let alone a bike, car or boat. They had my bike on the back of a pickup. It went coast to coast alright, but I wanted it to go to Florida. The bike was in transit for over a month, they broke the throttle off, and kept the key. They don't own the trucks they use (enterprise) and service is terrible. Chris, I hope you get this feedback personally. Stay away from them. They don't return phone calls and price isn't the issue.
