my shipper cms256456 bill pride passed away before shippment was made.i just need my deposit paid thru uship of 68.40 returned since i had to pick up the idem myself.please let me know how this will be handled. thanks ron

I too am sorry to hear of Bill's death. I have been trying to contact the Pride family via Bill's phone and email for over a week with no response. While I understand the need for time in this matter, I do have my own time constraints, and have asked for a refund for the services not rendered. I trust Bill's family and business partners will honor his memory by resolving the issues with his customers fairly. However, I too will contact local authorities if I am not contacted within 24 hours.

Bill Pride was one of the most professional, warm, kind human beings I've ever known. Sadly, Tues. March 18th, 2008, Bill tragically died. Anyone who knew him was touched in a profoundly good way. He had a great laugh and way about him that was so likable and fun. He will be sadly missed. I know those who knew him would agree. My experience with him, though short was terrific. And my heart and prayers go out to his children whom he absolutely adored.

Bill is first class! I listed my shipment at noon on Thursday, from Phoenix to Fort Worth TX. Bill responded and was loaded and on the road within 24hrs. Now that's service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thanks Bill!

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
I have been waiting a month for the shipper to deliver my horse. I have been patient and understanding but enough is enough. I have placed 15 calls in the last month, have been told he was held up by weather, broke down in Oklahoma City for over a week, etc. He told me numerous times that he would be picking up my horse in the next few days and he never did. He did not call to apprise me of any changes. He does not return calls either.

Response from cms256456: I have and still have 1 trk down due to bad fuel and my enclosed horse trailer is down for another week, This customer wants this this horse shipped to wisconsin and over the last three weeks has seen brutaly cold weather and It was not desireable for me to ship it in the open trailer I have in operation at this time. Another week may have made the difference but she desired to cancel which is fine and in agreement with me. I did communicate with her in a timely fashion Best of Luck my regrets
