Great experience. Mike is very professional, is running his business well and keeping customers happy. Sofas were wrapped in blankets and delivery went smooth as expected. A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
I wanted to ship 3 items to my mother: a range, a dishwasher and a microwave. I had a problem with the range and was unable to get it unhooked from the gas line on time. I do not want to send only the microwave and the dishwasher for $500. I just want to cancel and submit a new bid for the items separately.

I can't say enough positive things about the level of professionalism, courteousness, and care Michael throughout the entire process (delivering my high-end appliances from FL to PA). He kept me informed the entire time of shipment status and advised of potential delays. On delivery day, Michael went above and beyond the call of duty, ensuring that my 500+lb appliances were in the most convenient location for my contractors. Well Worth it! the shipment pickup and delivery was fine they even went above and beyond to take up the furniture to my customer's condo. However, when my customer opened one of the boxes up they found that the coffee table was damaged on all corners to a $420 coffee table.. Michael didn't want to claim responsibility for it and i requested for the BOL to be faxed to me,,, still havent received it.

Very unfair of Karen Lu to place negative feedback for this shipment with out first investigating the facts. 1) shipment was packaged and shipped from overseas 2) shipment was shipped via freight company to warehouse then loaded stacked and strapped to a pallet, by warehouse onto my truck where I then delivered already packaged item to her customer. We never packaged or stacked anything that could have possibly damaged these items. We are professionals and all our other feedback contests to that

I needed my piano shipped from Fl to Virginia. Mike and Rob were very organized, professional, prompt, and courteous. My piano arrived in 4 days and without a scratch. I can't praise enough. Do yourself a favor and use these guys!
