It only takes 4.5 days from the time I accepted Mike's bid to the time I received my items! Mike also took good care of wrapping these two items. They both arrived in very good shape. Fast delivery, great services, will do business with again. Recommended!

Having the experience of 5 moves in 5 years I have to say that Mike is the BEST! His feedback speaks for him. My 5 bedroom house full of furniture and years of accumulated stuff was cared for as it was his own. Everything was triple wrapped for protection which is unheard of today. Very professional and caring people. Mike even transported our dog for us. He was easy to get in touch with at all times and tracking my shipment via GPS on Google was the best! I WILL call Mike for my next move!

Although the move didn't go as smoothly as we all wanted, Mike was really good about communicating and was always a pleasure to talk to. Communication with company and driver was easy. The shipment was picked up promptly. The scheduling was a bit fuzzy, but everything worked out. The shipment arrived in good shape and the delivery was made exactly on time. The driver was courteous and efficient.

The move went without a hitch. The movers picked up and delivered my household goods when they said they would. They also listened to my request stating that my stuff was headed to storage. They wrapped everything with wrap they could leave on in storage so that no damage would occur while stored. I have stored furniture in the past and some damage will occur when not wrapped. I am very satisfied with my move experience.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time The original agreed pickup according to the U-Ship contract was to be between June 9-15th. To accommodate shipper I agreed to have him pickup on June 23rd. Driver arrived on June 23rd and told the warehouse that had my items that he did not have enough room left on his trailer to take my shipment and left Arizona to continue his route into California. He left with my valuable items sitting on a loading dock. The shipper offered to see if he could arrange to have my load picked up on his way back

Mike and his guys really went out of there way for me and are great people. My shipment was pretty large and carried out over an extended period with pick up a month prior to delivery. Any complications that arose were met swiftly and the job was completed as promised. Mike provided free storage and despite the fragility of many of my items, all but one piece of glass was delivered unscathed.
