Dan and Mike from Southern Maryland Moving and Storage were great. They did exactly what they said they would. They called within the given timeframe and delivered the goods in the same manner. They were courteous and a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone. When using UShip, make sure you check out the DOT number to see if the carrier has any violations or is not licensed. Also check references!

Awesome folks, Johns a hard negotiator, but in the end I'm glad I got the job. These are some of the best folks to work with. Beth did a great job of packing up the house and having it all ready for us to load when we got there. On delivery they were both there to direct the men to finish up. No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The original agreed pickup according to the U-Ship contract was to be between June 9-15th. To accommodate shipper I agreed to have him pickup on June 23rd. Driver arrived on June 23rd and told the warehouse that had my items that he did not have enough room left on his trailer to take my shipment and left Arizona to continue his route into California. He left with my valuable items sitting on a loading dock. The shipper offered to see if he could arrange to have my load picked up on his way back

No Detailed Feedback Available Service Provider cancelled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward I wanted to know what time the shipper will arrive at my house to pick up the things for shippment since my flight is same day. I suggested to him to come either on the 17th June or earlier on 18th before I leave for airport. And if these are not suitable he can come anytime on the 18th as scheduled and I will let my cousin come and wait for him if only he will let me know what time he will show up. But no response, the response I get now from Uship is that he is cancelling. Fine goodbye.

I spoke with this shipper 2 times on the phone, everything fine. Then a week before I'm due to pick up I get a e-mail stating she needs me to either pick up on the 17th or by 6am on the 18th (scheduled p/u day) and I would only have 1 1/2 hours to load a 3 bedroom house. Not Possible. I am still puzzled by her getting a plane ticket for the same day(morning) we are scheduled to load. She wanted to leave a key for me to go in and load everything. Then suggested her cousin be there.I had to cancel
