We offer every service from packing, hoisting, crating, and all aspects of the move. We also move pianos. We offer additional insurance by a third party, at the request of customer. I had a WONDERFUL experience with Mike! 1st his rates were VERY affordable (local companies tried charging me 2-3 times more!!). I was even happier that he accommodated me on short notice (2 weeks) and worked with me to schedule a date that worked for me. I HIGHLY recommend him! He was very professional and was easy to communicate with. When some of my plates broke (I packed too many in a box) he reimbursed me. He made moving cross country a breeze! I moved by myself from South Florida to Los Angeles. I had never moved cross-country before & was pretty nervous about it. Mike was super courteous, professional, & speedy with communication throughout the entire process, which put my mind at ease. Tracking him on GPS was great too. He even helped me get my car transported! He connected me with a company who did it for much less than I had been quoted elsewhere. I highly recommend him, & would definitely use him again! Mike is the absolute BEST! Venice Beach is not an easy place to get an eighteen wheeler around, but he handled everything like a seasoned pro. Even helped walk my thing a block down to my new place. DJ was awesome, hung me out on the boardwalk in Venice beach, Ca with a 53' tractor trailer, lol. No but after it was all said and done it was all good, even comical. What an experience. He came down to make sure I was alright, then he assist with unloading to make it easier on me, all the while he had a bruised rib. Hope ya get better soon, and again thanks for everything.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The provider missed the 3 day calling ahead of time to pick up my furnitures from the seller in November, he promised to pick up these item before Dec. 13, and deliver it after, but as of today he did not call or arranged for any pick up. I gave him ample time over a month just to finish this job but I consider him now an unreliable shipper and I request cancellation and return of my money. No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I do not understand why I must be penalized $52.99 when the shipper canceled the last minute. Plane tickets are already purchased so we don't have the time to reschedule someone else to ship this couch. so now we will not be able to have the couch shipped and we are going to be penalized $52.99 this is unfair. Please refund the full amount you charged my credit card and if there is a fee it should be charged to the shipper that canceled att he last minute.
