I was glad that i found movers to assist with my move, but some things didn't go as I imagined. On pick-up the movers dropped my Sofa over the railing outside from the top of the stairs and said nothing to me that this occurred; one of my family member watching informed me. On delivery my mirror and computer desk were broken and cannot be repaired. If these events hadn't occured it would have be a positive move, I am filing a claim for the damaged property.

Overall this transaction was wonderful. We had several delays due to vehicle problems and longer loading times at some locations, but communication was fabulous and Mike was great. He was courteous, helped me move additional furniture around a bit, and even brought the furniture upstairs around an L-shaped staircase for no extra charge. I will definitely be contacting him again for future moves. Thanks Mike!!

Total NIGHTMARE! This has been the worst moving experience of my life! Horrific customer service from MIKE. Ignores you! Hangs up the phone on you! If you want to add 10 years to your life than this is the company for you. Broke Lamp, Broke baby playpen. Unreliable! Says he will be there a certain day and then extends the days for the other days. Lost money or airfare because of him being unreliable. This move has cost me more than I ever imagined. Will NEVER use again! Almost called the police!

If you look at all my feedback you'll see this is out the norm. I stand by my reputation. I pride myself on customer satisfaction and I Believe this job was handled with the same respect as I give to all my jobs. I did hang up on her with she grabed the phone from her husband and began to yell at me. I gave positive feedback because I was paid as agreed. Mike & his team did a great job with our move. He was good with communications, quick to respond and flexible with the timing of delivery to meet our needs. Mike and his team were professional and careful with our belongings. He was great to work with. I’d recommend him and use him again in the future.
