A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Could not meet us at original pick up location. Was nice and offered to deliver for free if we met him in CT. We did and he delivered to our customer in DC. Very happy with the service. Will definitely be using him as often as we can in the future.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment When entering his bid into the uship system, The service provider changed the date that we had agreed he would pick up the 3 items, but never informed me he could no longer acommodate the agreed-upon date and was entering a diufferent date (the same day) instead!!!! He then was not available on the date we had agreed to!! BUYER BEWARE!! Think twice before doing business with this company.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I'm flabbergasted @ his scathing review. NO intention of deceit. His promised call 24-48 hrs in advance became a call from 100 miles away late Thur. afternoon. On the phone, I VERY SPECIFICALLY informed him that I had a LOT more than he was probably expecting, to which he replied, "We'll take a look, shouldn't be a problem." He then shared w/ me his irritation @ his previous client & about losing $1600 from her. My father was simply trying to come to an agreement. He threw in the towel & left. Response from clnbiker: went all the way there 500 mile out of my way for 1/3 of this stuff then I get there and she had all this listed here now, so I offer to do it for 1900.00 which was 800.00 more then my original bid that they accepted here on uship, and they say no thanks, so I offer to keep to our original bid that was accepted, and pick up the original load I agreed to haul, and her dad says no we have someone that will do it for 1350.00 and tried to work me down. I left the job. Don't need to work for people.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment This service provider exhibited poor time management at the time of pick up.. He waited till friday after five pm to try to pick the item up and the unfortunately for him, the contact people already left for the day.. This service provider had the contact information/phone numbers for the place of pickup and stated that he was in communication with contacts at the pickup locaton . I don't know why he waited so late on a friday evening to pickup. Furthermore, the service provider called me in a Response from clnbiker: This guy is luring threw his teeth. I was there at 3:30 and my uship tracking will show just that. Called to make arrangements the day before and they gave me there hours of operation, called the day of and was informed again I had to be there by 5. Once I arrived they said the guy with the key to get me the equipment had left early. This customer wanted me to agree to go back again and get it, but was unwilling to compensate me for my time and fuel for what I had already done.

We have to find another shiper to ship it.
