Dan kept me in the loop for the whole trip. There were schedule changes that couldn't be avoided, but Dan kept me up to date and all worked out well. I would use this company again.

The shipment was shipped on time and arrived without damage. The shipping office did not communicate when the pick up was going to be made other than an email and I had to call them on the morning that it was supposed to be picked up to find out they changed time to late afternoon. The pick up time was changed again to midday. Delivery was at 5:30am with no other option given.

Dan was wonderful. The item he had to ship was larger and heavier than expected but he did not have a problem. I did not hear any complaint nor did he change the quote. Also, since I was leaving the day the shipment was arriving, he was kind enough to keep it for me until I returned. STELLAR SERVICE. I highly recommend this shipper! Thanks again USHIP

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Unfortunately, the "primary load" associated with this shipment cancelled. We are unable to send a car hauler on this run, as it was supposed to be done with two 24ft straight trucks. We are sending one to accommodate the "add on's" that we booked, but it is pulling a boat to Miami and we can't cover the cars we intended on hauling behind the second truck. I have emailed the shipper and apologized for the inconvenience to them, but we are unable to cover this shipment at this time.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Unfortunately, the "primary load" for this run cancelled their shipment. We were supposed to do a household move utilizing 2 24ft straight trucks. We are sending one of those trucks to accommodate the "add on" loads we booked through uship. However, the truck will be towing a Uship boat down to Miami and will not be able to pull a car hauler that was scheduled to go on the other truck. No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The shipper stated in his bid that he would pick up on 8/28, on 8/24 he contacted me with a 9/3 pickup date. I agreed even though it created a lot of logistical issues and much stress.I get contacted today with a cancellation. This has caused huge problems, if I had selected another shipper the car would have been down there by now. I am extreamly upset. The shipper should have made it work or he should be responsible for the deposit if I can't find another shipper this weekend at the same price

I wish that I had some control over this situation. We had no way of anticipating that our primary load was going to cancel. Unforturnately the price we gave was based on us already being in the area. I hope you can find someone heading in that direction that can cover your shipment for a reasonable price. Unfortunately, we are unable to at this time. My apologies for this inconvenience.
