No Detailed Feedback Available Dan provided Excellent service. He had great communication from scheduling the pickup through the entire delivery. He kept me updated throughout the entire process. This was my first time using U-ship and I was very pleased. Clm Legacy was very fair on the price they quoted me as well. I will definitely use them again if I need something delivered.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The available date for this shipment at the accepted bid price were clearly stated in the bid for service. I understand that the customer misunderstood the bid. I attempted to contact the customer after our initial conversation to offer a discounted price if he could accept shipment during the dates indicated in the bid. However, I was unable to reach him and received the cancellation request.

This shipment lacked coordination and communication on the part of the customer. We were not provided with an accurate inventory of what was to be picked up until after the bid was accepted. The freight listed in the shipment was less than half of what was actually transported. Consolar did pay an additional fee once this was explained to him, which we appreciate. However, the time and revenue lost by this poorly planned shipment will not be easily recovered from.

No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Misunderstanding on the date. I thought it would be delivered in May, but turned out the Service Provider could not deliver until June, a 1 month difference.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The shipper stated in his bid that he would pick up on 8/28, on 8/24 he contacted me with a 9/3 pickup date. I agreed even though it created a lot of logistical issues and much stress.I get contacted today with a cancellation. This has caused huge problems, if I had selected another shipper the car would have been down there by now. I am extreamly upset. The shipper should have made it work or he should be responsible for the deposit if I can't find another shipper this weekend at the same price

I wish that I had some control over this situation. We had no way of anticipating that our primary load was going to cancel. Unforturnately the price we gave was based on us already being in the area. I hope you can find someone heading in that direction that can cover your shipment for a reasonable price. Unfortunately, we are unable to at this time. My apologies for this inconvenience.
