For: 6 pieces of furniture:

The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it Shipment was much larger/heavier than listed. Customer was not clear as to all involved with shipment. 2nd story move down very steep narrow 2 1/2 freshly painted staircase customer did not want brushed against or touched. Impossible to do with 7+ft all solid wood futon and large bureau. Was told of transport vehicle and dimensions and access to view on profile insisted would fit. Huge waste of money,gas,time,effort. Worst customer experience to date. Will now require full and exact details.

Kevin and Farron did a GREAT job! On time, very professional, and all of our furniture moved carefully down narrow stairway without a scratch to a day-old paint job. And they moved in the rain! Would definitely use them again. Thanks for a great job!

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment The service provider could not fit my furniture in his 10 foot van. I told him I thought it wouldn't fit, but he assured me it would. He got to my home, took one look at my furniture and said it wouldn't work. We mutually canceled the job. I'm very unhappy that my time was wasted, and now I have to look for another mover.
