Nick went above and beyond in ensuring my shipment made it to me. When someone couldn't get to the pickup location, until 3 hours later, he offered to stay and was extremely positive the entire time. After pickup was done, delivery time was communicated and met within minutes of the anticipated delivery time. I would highly recommend and hope to use Nick for a shipment again.

Your family was great to deal with, The no one home at the pick up point was just a little stumble and was overcome with a great steak dinner and a little football watching at the outback, I do not mind things like that as long as we know someone is coming and we can work out the solution. Our delivery was late night and to cold to say but the effort was great because driving very late has a lot less traffic to deal with. I just was going back to california for Christmas with my Kids period.
