I was forced to travel to TN myself and pay for that flight to book a local transporter to take my dogs home to CA. I never saved any money using USHIP. In fact I spent more by being forced to act last minute because a USHIPPER failed to perform. How do I sue the service provider since you took money from me for his services? He picked up my shipment on 10/21/07 and it was supposed to be delivered within 7-10 days. I have been trying to call this person and email but no response the phone number was disconnected. I notified USHIP and they haven't responded back. I will be reporting my scooter stolen and notify the police.

He then picked up my motorcycle from my seller, and stole it. First saying he had a drop in Texas, and would be here a week later, the following week, no return phone calls or emails. Interstate thief - stole a $10k Harley from me. Authorities are tracking him down. No reply from USHIP - TWO days since I first reported the dispute to USHIP.
