A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
Horse not ready for shipment. Seller was unaware that coggins ran out and couldn't get vet appt. until after shipping date. Curt very patient and understanding and tried to accommadate. All communication positive and made in timely manner. Would definitely recommend this shipper and would use again if the need arises. Thank you Curt!!

Absolutely wonderful experience. Provider was considerate and kept in touch throughout the trip. We had a great chat, and it is clear that she loves and is very knowledgeable about horses. She came through when time was a huge factor, and we are so happy to have found her. Good people. Will use her services again at the end of the summer.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
I finally got to talk to the service provider. He said he is backing out because he can't do it but wanted to refer me to a friend who could do it. I am not comfortable with that and will relist the shipment.

My horse arrived happy and healthy and well-cared-for. The trip took a bit longer than originally estimated, but they were in touch and called an hour before with an arrival time that was exactly right.
