I know it got a little hairy on the pick-up and delivery dates with the times of arrival on those dates,and you remained patient and understanding with me and the rest of us. Roy and Derrick said you were ready to go as agreed and completed pleasure to deal with. It would be our pleasure to service any other shipment that you may have in the future. Connie is the nicest shipper that we have ever worked for. She was wonderful when we picked up her shipment and just as great at delivery. Thank you for lunch and all of the water and gatorade that you gave us on both ends. Thank you for tipping our helpers on both ends. We have never received such a generous and large tip ourselves. Pick-up and delivery issues were easily resolved with flexibility on both sides. Dave worked with me and Roy(Driver)and Derrick (Loader) were great to work with and they loaded my things, with care, in the space estimated. The bid held and my load arrived in good shape. I hope you all are OK in Houston.

Angela and Pete arrived as a calming force to my chaotic move. They were courteous, diligent and professional and especially appreciative and careful of my "older" pieces of furnitiure. Pickup and delivery proceeded on-time in spite of the DC and TX heat and humidity. They and their helpers were a pleasure to work with. I would certainly use them again.
