Cindy was very easy to work with! The Boxes were ready and waiting for us out side... She was at the delivery location as she said she would be. Paid us promptly, I would do business with her again.

I attempted to contact the service provider for five days by leaving two voicemails telling him my shipment was ready to go. One call was April 6 in the morning and the other was April 9. I heard nothing back from the shipper and on April 10 initiated the cancellation. I still have heard nothing from this shipper.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Chuck called me right after the bid was accepted. I gave him the contact information for my friend who has my boxes and he said he would call her over the weekend to make arrangements. That was 10 days ago, and neither my friend or I have heard from him. I have tried calling him several times this week and have not received any response.
